TGOE facilitates site visitors to make contributions to preexisting education saving funds (including, but not limited to, 529s, savings accounts, checking accounts, UTMA and UGMAs and mutual funds). These existing funds are maintained by third parties and are not affiliated with TGOE. We are not legal or financial tax advisors or brokers.

This Agreement will continue to apply until terminated by you or The Gift of Education. You many cancel your account by logging in to your account on www.thegiftofeducation.com and deactivate your account.

Please note that The Gift of Education is not a party to the MSA and that you, Braintree, and Braintree’s sponsoring bank are the three parties to the MSA and that The Gift of Education has no obligations or liability to you under the MSA.
